When it comes to Martial Arts, MMA is the G.O.A.T. The combination of Boxing, Jiujitsu. Kickboxing and Wrestling, MMA lets you whoop ass wherever there’s ass to be whooped. there is no better “TOTAL BODY WORKOUT” on earth than the combination of striking and grappling. Lifting weights is fine if you wanna do pretty on the beach but weights dont try to lift you back! Don’t bother taking this program if you don’t wanna get shredded and be a savage.
